Operate Mexico without surprises
Antonio Bernal Ornelas has spent over 25 years making Mexican labor operations run without surprises. He started his career in administration and accounting in the late 90s and quickly specialized in the hardest thing to operate in Mexico: integral talent management, payroll and compliance before IMSS, IDSE and SUA.
As operations lead at Coordinadora de Servicios Productivos, he managed more than 1,200 workers across Oaxaca, Tuxtla, Irapuato, Querétaro and Jalisco. Since 2010 — over 15 years and counting — he leads the integral administration at GDM High Consulting México, consolidating processes that sustain the firm's growth. Between July 2025 and April 2026 he also served simultaneously as HR Director at Grupo García, supporting an operation with mobile logistics, high turnover and multi-location presence.
His Master's degree in Criminalistics brings a methodological and analytical lens — uncommon in HR consulting — that is invaluable for internal audits, incident investigation and continuous improvement.
Today, while still leading GDM High Consulting México, Antonio is building HCGM Advisors to accompany companies landing operations in Mexico that need a partner who understands the Mexican labor reality from the inside, not from the manual.
